Modalities
Natural healing modalities have been a significant part of my studies. Then, I incorporated different ones into my life.
Ultimately I have included information about them in my work. They are Western or Eastern non-invasive techniques. Their definitions are below (from Yahoo unless otherwise indicated):
Acupuncture and acupressure “Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine. It is over 2,500 years older than Western Medicine.
