Making Kombucha can be a lot of fun. Since I love the taste and how I feel from it, I decided to make my own. I can become quite costly buying it retail (from @ $3.50 to over $4.00 a bottle).
Fermenting is a skill and one that can take time to develop. But SCOBYs seem to be rather cooperative. I have so many now I feel like they may overtake my whole kitchen.
